Rooms will be allotted family wise i.e. (2 Person with 1 Child up to 10 Years) in Double bed room or (3 Adult) in double bed will be provided (if one bed is required by guest Rs.250/- will be charged extra in DBR).
Our all hotels Himalaya / Lake facing with modern amenities in deluxe category rooms.
Booking of seats will be reserved on advance payment of Rs. 4000/-for per person against sleeper class train journey which is non refundable. Full & final payment must be deposited by 30 days before commence of journey, otherwise tour will be treated as cancelled.
Payment will be accepted by cash or A/c. payee cheque in favor of SUNITI TOUR & TRAVELS, Nainital.
Tour price includes UP / DN train fare by sleeper class, deluxe bus/car, with all sight seeing mentioned above, meals i.e., Bed Tea, Breakfast, Evening Snacks, Lunch, Dinner Non-Veg. / Veg. as per request, Except Train food and outside food.
All passengers have to bear their collie/potter charges entry fee etc; Rooms/Bus/Car seats will be allotted by lottery / rotation system.
Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss, damages, of life & properties or any other belongings whatsoever of the Tourist, caused by accident, theft, robbery or any other happenings during the tour.
For train journey we are entirely dependence on railway authority. It is not possible to allot any particular berth / seat.
For A.C. class /Tatkal ticket the difference amount have to pay extra by the guest.
If there is any increase in Railway/Bus fare the difference of the fare is to be borne by the guest.
Entire amount of advance payment will be forfeited if tour is cancelled by guest.
All legal matter will be settled within Nainital Jurisdiction only.
