The Essence of Yoga:
The true essence of yoga resolves around elevating the life force of ‘Kundalini’ at the base of the Spine. It aim to achieve this through a series of physical and mental Excersise.At the physical level, the methods compromise various yoga postures or ‘asana’ that aim to keep the body healthy. The mental techniques include breathing exercises or ‘Pranayama’ and mediation or ‘dhayanas’ to disciplining the mind. 

Importance of Yoga:
Yoga is not religion; it is way of living whose aim is healthy mind in healthy body.

Man is physical, mental and spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balance development of all the three. Other forms of physical exercises, like aerobics, assure only physical well-being. They have little to do with the development of the spiritual or astral body.

Yoga Tour

Day 1- Pickup New Delhi Airport / Rail Terminus and transfer to RISHIKESH Ashram for night stay and relax.

Day 2 - Early morning wakeup Bell at 5AM.
Morning- 5.30 to 6.30 AM.
Morning Yoga- 7AM to 8AM.
Breakfast – 8.30 AM
Library – 9AM to 11AM, 2PM to 3.15PM
Lunch – 12. Noon
Lecture- 3.15 to 4 PM (Ques, Ans, on meditation & philosophy)
Evening Tea- 4 PM
Evening Yoga- 4.30PM to 5.30 PM
Evening Meditation- 6PM to 7PM
Dinner- 7.30 PM.

Day 3 - Early morning wakeup Bell at 5AM.
Morning- 5.30 to 6.30 AM.
Morning Yoga- 7AM to 8AM.

Day 5 - RISHIKESH - ashram stay (full day sightseeing of Rishikesh and Haridwar and back)
